You are welcome, and good luck. Any problems, ask.

The question was:

So have any of yall added the booster to drums? would you recommend it??

My answer. I haven't done it, but been part of having it done. I wouldn't recommend it, I would save the cash until you can do a complete swap from drums to power front discs.

Yes, but he is adding discs in the future at some point. The question wasn't if he should just do power instead of discs. The question is should be do power now and discs later. It's not a question of power vs discs, it's a question of power now and discs later or power and discs later. If he is going to have to change the MC, bleed the lines, set up the proportioning valve, why not do everything at the same time, since power isn't that benifical with drums. That is my entire point. Power + drums is just not that great.

I may be beating a dead horse here, and I am sorry, and I don't mean to be a pain, but I don't want to make sure the best info is available, so I did a quick web search. Check out this link.

Pay particual attention to the part where it talks about power not needed with drums because they provide their own assist. Also, check out the article on brakes at MustangandFords.com and read about how the power booster doesn't really assist with braking, just with pushing the pedal. These guys are the pros, right?
