AOD oil type and capacity?

AOD oil type and capacity?
So I am just about ready to swap out my C-4 for an AOD transmission. I am just wondering what type of transmission does an AOD use? Is it the Decron-Mercon type III? I know the c-4 used type F but that was for older transmissions. Also what is the capacity for the transmission? Thanks!
