Default C4 Kickdown Cable

When I took things apart to rebuild my engine, the kickdown cable was kinda wired onto the transmission lever it is supposed to go on... now that I'm putting things back together, I was thinking it was simply a cotter pin but got under it last night and found out there is no hole for a cotter pin. I've looked (haven't called yet) on a couple of online stores, I see you can buy another kickdown cable but what holds the plate end onto the actual switch on the C4 that kicks it down?
Thanks!

It is kind of a round type clip. Check Mustangs Unlimited, I think the have an attachment kit for that. Both my stangs do not have one. With a 3 speed, I don't think it really needs one anyway. From 50 mph it still throws you back in the seat when you floor the accelerator in both the 390 and 351.
