I was just woundering, how much horse power do you think i am pushing?
I have a 1971 Mustang with a 302 boared to a 331 with a Stroker Kit.
I have a mid grade Crane Cam, and a 4 barrel edelbrock carb.

Exactly what cam, and is it stock heads, and what's the compression. A mild street cam with stock heads would be on the order of like 250-275

Yeah they are stock heads, and i have a miles street cam like you said, and i have forged flat top pistons, i got the stroker kit from RPM Machine.

everyone hates on the aries...[&o]

in my expriences, most companies who sell stroker kits will have an estimated power output...perhaps check with them and see? other than a dyno or a dragstrip run with the track weight, it will be hard to be accurate.
