I would start from the inside and work out and in order that they are assembled.

I would throw a carb on there first. You will notice a big difference there and have a more fun car to drive. A 2barrel carb just won't breathe enough...Then go with the headers and exhaust to breathe a little more...You might notice enough hp difference here that you won't care as much about the rest of these things. Finish it off with an intake, rockers then ignition...

ORIGINAL: 69stangcoupe
2 650 Speed Demon carburetor
3 MSD ignition
1 Hooker 1 5/8-inch long-tube headers (1 5/8" might be overkill... )
1 3-inch MagnaFlow Mufflers
(IMO 2 1/2" is enough, wont catch speed bumps so much)
3 Billet MSD distributor
(or HEI? HEI will take care of MSD ignition, dist, coil, for about $150.00)
3 Plug wires (or when needed)
3 Blaster coil
2 1.6 ratio roller rockers (?)
2 XE266HR cam from comp cams
2 Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap intake
2 TFS Twisted Wedge aluminum heads
(Will your pistons work with these?)

My .02....
