Default Knock noise

I havea knock noise on hard acceleration/deceleration, and when i exit my driveway (highdrop offfrom driveway down to street, and i'm turning left while exiting). Noise appears to come from rear. Cannot duplicate noise by pushing/pulling on any part of car. Suspension appears mostly stock with exception of sub-frame connectors and TCP Products strut tower brace and monte carlo bar.

What are the most common causes of knock noises in these instances? Are knocks ususally indicative of suspension problems or possibly something drive-train related.
I have custom 3" exhaust and thought it was from the spot where it was bolted under rear seat. Removed bolt and welded the hanger directly to that spot. Did not stop noise.

No slapper bars. I recently messed with the suspension (lubed and maybe over-lubed some stuff) trying to get rid of a squeak, after which I think I created the knock or clunk. I took it to a suspension specialist who suggested it was the engine flexing the exhaust pipes which created a flexing of the rear seat pan at a weak mount. Exhaust was welded securely, all noises still same. Thinking of visiting new suspension specialist.

could be bad u joints could be a busted or wore out shock theres alot of things it could be.look in your trunk make sure your spare and jack aint loose if it aint that look under the rear see if anything looks out of place or loose.maybe have a friend or two push up and down on the rear bumper while you lay next to the car tring to watch and listen where its coming from. one thing does it have air shocks if it does your might not like what you find.
