Default More Transmission problems, please help me

Well, before my transmission would go through all gears, but now all of the sudden, i dont get any power in drive, i can put it in drive and give it gas and i will go nowhere, but i can put it in reverse and do a burnout.......what is going on..........thisa question goes with my preveious question i asked eariler today......please give some suggestions.

Did you take the valve body out? If not you may just have a check ball or piston in the valve body sticking. You can flush the trans or you can remove the valve body and clean it yourself. If you take it out, make damn sure you don't lose the small check ball. This will ruin your week. Here are some pics I took when I cleaned mine. I used a blue ball to show where the check ball goes. If you pull the valve body out the fluid will most likely be dark brown and you won't see the ball so be careful. The rubber plug in the other pic can actually be thrown away when you clean the vavlve body. When you do clean the valve body you will also take the pistons out and clean them. Don't forget a new filter. Then you will adjust your bands. There is an explanation in the FAX on how to do that.

Is that the same directions for the FMX? Those are for a C4.
