What has been done to the motor? Was the motor built without balancing the components? If your engine wasn't balanced, you could be in trouble trying to get rid of that vibration.

have you made any other changes?
Windsors are "externally balanced" - one of the engine builders can give you better technical terms than i can. In essence the harmonic balancer and flywheel should be balanced together. If you have changed one and not the other, this could be part of the problem (very rough description which i am sure one of the builders can correct).

the harmonic balancer is held together with some sort ofbonded rubber...if the outer part starts to break away and turns relative to the inner, it will cause a balance issue. Can either replace or better to pull it off and get it checked.

torque converter needs gearbox out to get at it and then take it to a good trans shop.

Sorry my technical descriptions are terrible!
