Default Fix for crooked bumper

How do you go about fixing this? I have crawled under the car, but both sides look the same to me.

Those bumpers are flexible enough that they will bend to wherever the mounts are. What I have found is that even though every thing measures the same it doesn't necessarily look even. There are adjustments that you can make in the brackets to straighten that thing out. From the looks of things you need to go up on one side and down on the other, I don't think you will be able to get it all out by just moving one side. There is a good possibility that you have some bent brackets which can be bent into shape with a hammer and a good clamping vice.

The driver side looks like it's bent up. The passenger side looks ok.You will need to loosen both sides and play with it.
