I have found a "rebuilt 351W high output" for $200. I have no idea what it came out of or what year it is or anything of that nature. And is there even a high output 351? I've never heard of one. But anyways my point is would this be worth purchasing if i want to eventually stroke it out to a 408 or should i just wait and be sure of what im buying? Thanks for the advice.

 

Sounds like a good start at that price. Heck, it's hard to find a bare block for that price. I say buy it.

Good price for sure there is 351W 351 M 351 C 2V , or 4V , and rarest of all 351 Cobra Jet

 

remember.........you get what you pay for, if its too good to be true.........it is. If the block happens to be cracked.....200.00 is a rip off.
