I have a 1965 mustang. My grandfather bought it for me recently and their are a few things missing. I think the emblems are missing right behind the front wheels. There are wholes therebut I cant seem to find out what the embles that go there look like?

 

It should be the horse andbars (middle emblem) if the holes are vertical and aprox 2 1/2 inches apart. If it's a 289 the "289" emblem should go forward on the fender, near the headlights and the "Mustang" emblem should go just under and to the rear of the horse and bars.

try looking on ebay at some pixs of 65 mustangs-you probbaly need a "pony" and the word "mustang"
These can be bought over the phone by calling cj pony parts,virginia mustang,california mustang etc....
