Well my car sitts at an idle really good but when i try to drive it it acts like its out of gas. its starts to spudder then dies then after that it wont start so i had to put it in gear and dump the clutch and it starts then runs but kinda acts like its out of gas what could it be.

yeah it could be the fuel pump and about 5 other things.

Get a clear fuel filter and stick it where you can see it. Observe the level of fuel in the filter at idle then drive so it dies then check if the filter is dry.

Fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition timing, fouled plugs, bad wires, improperly set accelerator pump, crap in the carburetor, vacuum leak etc etc etc etc etc etc....need more info
