I dunno what color of blue it is, its not original though. It was painted that color sometime in the mid 80's is my guess. I believe when I decoded it that the original color was some kind of off white...

Well it looks good. What are your plans? Any more body mods, paint? The black hood would be cool if you did the Mach 1 thing with body color around the edges. The 67/68 Trans-am cars were black on the hood and tops of the fenders.

I hope my car comes out asweird () as tarafied's and valley's. I think they are both lookers. I wouldn't be able to walk by them without taking a closer look.
Yeah no joke! I wish my car looked that 'weird'!

I love the ducktail on both, and the side exhaust on Tarafied's ride!
Your ride ain't no slouch either,I envy all of you guys!

Yes I will. The rear will need blocks. I have the grab a track 5 leaf springs and that raised it. The front has the 1" Shelby drop and I cut a half a coil off the front springs. I think after I get the trans, radiator, etc. all back into it it will come down some more.

Yes! Ducktail and cougar/shelby tail lights for sure! Maybe a new front end, but I'm not sure about that one, college student budget doesn't allow for everything I want... I would like to go black with 2 wide, light silver racing stripes, or Eleanor colors. Either way, I will keep the hood pin on at all four corners and shave most if not all of the emblems and the anteana.
But until then, more go fast stuff!

I like it! I always liked the coupes better than the fastbacks, FBs are nice I just liked the coupes better and I always LOVED the Shelby's (Just not much on the remake of that movie, gimmie the original - The look on the old Lady's face at the car wash near the end was priceless!).

She looks great man! and the 60 sec.s look isn't so "Yeah, theres another one" on the coupe.

I found the best of both worlds (Coupe look and Shelby) for mein mine. - '69 Conv. going Shelby look exterior. Wish mine was that far along, it's definatly a "Rustang" too.
