hate to sound super noobish

but when it says $1350.00 for some afr165cc's, does it mean for each or for the pair?

ah awesome, my parents are paying for half of my paint job, and me and my dad are doing the body work so it shouldn't be insanely expensive...and no i'm not 30 yrs old and mooching off my parents..half that age

still have some $$ left over, work work and work and soon enough i'll have those heads w00t!

Let me say this, when my three daughters reach 30, I would love to be in the position that I can help them out with whatever it is that they want to do.be that buying a home, travelling, weddings building classic stangs, whatever.Nothing gives parents greater joy that being able to help. Thank goodnessits about 28 years untill my girls satrt turning 30!

+1 on fast66's comment about Ford's imagination. They rated the cars using gross horsepower, which excludes accessory loss and frictional loss from internals(pistons, rings, bearings etc). Since there's no real way to measure frictional loss, it's more a guess than anything. True honest horsepower isn't as easy to come by as many people think, and many of the supposedly highly powerful cars from the 60's were radically over rated by today's standards. Heads will go a long way towards making more power. Stock 40 year old iron will perform about as well as stock 40 year old iron can be expected to

well thats a pretty solid start for only being 15...im 17 and ill tell you what, this thing is a chick magnet. i had no idea it would be this bad haha

one of the reasons i wanted a mustang well a clasic mustang.
im still power hungry though
thinking about those heads now...
