Default radiator hose

i have a problem with my old car. i was driving to school and all of a sudden the car started shaking. so i pull over see a gash in my radiatorso i drive the rest of the way to school and when i pop the hood again i saw a fan blade completly gone and an arc in my radiator. fast forward. i buy a radiator from a friend with a 66. i bring it home and since i dont know anything about old cars i let it sit for a while. one day when i was going to take it to the shop i looked at the inlet for the radiator and realized that the holes for the hoses are different sizes. so do i have to get another one or are there hoses that get bigger. any input is appreciated because im not really big on american cars but i love my mustang so i want it to run again. thanks</P>
