Neutral safety switch

Default Neutral safety switch

Does anyone know how to access the neutral safety switch, I think I need a new one. 69 coupe w/ 302 and a C-4

Youcan access it by lifting the car or driving it onto ramps. It's on the driver's side of the C-4. To remove you all you have to do is remove the nut holding the selector lever on, undo the two bolts holding the safety switch on, then slide the switch off the manual lever. The wiring has a disconnect both at the switch and at the firewall.

Pretty easy to swap butI had to tinker a bit to get it lined up and working properly. You mighthave some slop in your shifter linkagesthat will have to be addressed as well.
