Ive been trying to bring my 68 GTA to life and its almost tehre. but at the moment i have a problem with no voltage goin to my coil. And everyone that has aclue about cars, knows u need a spark to trun your engine on. the engine turns, but tthere is no spark. does anyone know what maybe the problem. PS i already checked the reseister wire that converts the 12V to 6V.

Default RE: Ignition Coil Failure

Are you sure you have power to the coil, but not the plugs?..If so, try a new coil.

Also, I'veseen perfectly intact wires be bad. Broken internally due to age, heat etc. Use an ohm/volt meter along with a shop manual.
