I'm turning sixteen in about a month and at a dealership I saw it. The car of my dreams. I saw a white/black interior/exterior 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1... what does everyone think about 73's? Would it be a good car for a 16 year old?

I think they're ugly, personally, and im 17, but they aren't as bad as the late 70's models were. If you like it, go for it

Not my favorite body style, but when fixed up right, they can look nice. Just your preference on what you like. I have heard the fastbacks are hard to see out of the back glass.

I have one word for you "liability" if you fully insure yourself in that car, you will go under. So before you get your hopes up, be sure you can buy it and pay it off, so you don't have to have full coverage, sorry to put a damper on your dreams, but a 16year on in a V8 Muscle car. But if you want to get it go for it all the way, heres a few websites for you to find some stuff for your new car.

www.johnsmustang.com

www.mustangplace.com

www.dallasmustang.com

these are all great sites, johns mustang has probably the best prices, and fast delivery.
