VIN plate question
I have a quick question on my VIN plate. My car has had some rust issues repaired in the past, and my VIN plate is there, but barely readable. The door tag is also long gone. I have the title for the car, but if this car was for sale and I was the buyer, I would wonder about the VIN being accurate. The car is a 200 I6 with a three speed-- its not like I am trying to pass it off as a K-code or anthing.... Does anyone know if I should just let it be, or any other ideas? All are appreciated....
Just the door and the left front apron.
Some claim it can also be stamped on the right front apron but I've never seen that and never read any reference
material that refers to the VIN in that location.

Yes it is stamped on the passenger side front fender apron....its hidden under the fender apron, you have to cut out the fender area like the driver side shows. I wish I could show you a picture on my 1966, but it is in storage.
