Default VIN plate question

I have a quick question on my VIN plate. My car has had some rust issues repaired in the past, and my VIN plate is there, but barely readable. The door tag is also long gone. I have the title for the car, but if this car was for sale and I was the buyer, I would wonder about the VIN being accurate. The car is a 200 I6 with a three speed-- its not like I am trying to pass it off as a K-code or anthing.... Does anyone know if I should just let it be, or any other ideas? All are appreciated....

The VIN is also stamped on the inner fender - that should match the title.

The one on the inner fender is the one you can barely read. Is itlocated anywhere else?

Just the door and the left front apron.

Some claim it can also be stamped on the right front apron but I've never seen that and never read any reference
material that refers to the VIN in that location.

Its visable on the left, however onthe right side, the fender covers it. You can unbolt and pull back the fender to see it.

Yes it is stamped on the passenger side front fender apron....its hidden under the fender apron, you have to cut out the fender area like the driver side shows. I wish I could show you a picture on my 1966, but it is in storage.
