351c or 351w?
ive really been brainstorming on what motor i should use in my 69 mach, i have a 72 or 73 i cant really remember 351c with a nice holley intake a billet msd dist, full leangth headers, and some other msd add ons, i had it running before i started taking the car down seemed to run ok but felt kinda weak? but my mach origanaly came out with a 351w 4 speed, im just wondering if starting over with a new engine would be worth it? ive read alot of different things about the 2 engines exaples: the cleveland will not make near the hp 4 the same $, oiling probs, hard 2 find parts, but wouldnt the windsor keep the value up on my car? 1 more question, anyone know where i can find a diagram of changing the pedles for a auto back 2 a manual?

Do you still have the original Windsor? If you do, then I'd just go ahead and stick with that. Performance parts galore and if you are after resale value it's tough to beat having the original driveline.
As far as swapping back to a 4speed pedal tree that should be pretty straight forward. The assembly will bolt right in.
The Cleveland is a great engine but pricey.

i would stick with the 351c and pay the extra for the parts, that will ensure maximum value for the car, or you could build it back to spec over time, and put a 351w in it to run until you want to sell. thats what i would do

of course if u have the original engine, atleast keep it, if not actually putting it back in the car, keep it around for values sake. if a time comes when u want to sell it, that will add money and all u will have to do is swap it in
