Where is the fuel coming out of? And what fuel pump are you running and what's the fuel pressure?

I posted in the 5.0 as well. How is the pump wired, is it possible it's staying on? And where are the floats set? If the pump diaphragm/spring/check valve is bad, I suppose it's possible that with the float level way too high and the pump still on fuel could be running up through the pump circuit at coming out at the nozzle. But the float level would have to be so high that fuel was nearly coming out the bowl vent. Are the floats even working, no holes in them etc?
