i sealed my cowl off but water is coming from the sides where my fenders meet the body ,can someone help me

 

There are supposed to be plastic plugs in the holes. I don't think anybody knows what the holes are for [except to leak].If you can get the fenders loose and pulled back to put them in or pull them off and fiberglass over them.

 

are you talking about there at the corner of firewall cowl,fender and hood comes together in the corner? if so this must be the reason someone had these area's
fill with tar crap that I had to remove while cleaning up the engine bay.

Did you seal the drain at the lowest front corner of the cowl?
