steering column help

Default steering column help

im trying to pull out my steering column. and failing miserably. what else do i need to unbolt other than the two under the dash? pics:

Did you pull the steering wheel there is a bushing in there that needs to come out also that rubber seal at the bottom of the column gave me a fit when I pulled mine I used a scewdriver on that and prided the colum off of it.

no. i have to pull the column out from the inside of the car. theese guys did it with the wheel on: here

the shaft stays attached to the steering box on the early cars till what was it 1968, the outer housin comes off by its self if you keep pulling nothings ever gonna move

Kyle...hate to be a pain...but can I ask you a question? The initial pics you posted, the top showing the steering box...there are 3 bolts holding the box to the frame rail...in that pic, right where the fuel line turns to run outside the apron.. what is that bolt with the triangle looking spacer? I have a 65 torn apart...and I already got a few answers just from your pics...Thans for help!
