Default 5.0 build

in light of the latest posts on here,

i've got a 5.0 block from a 93 gt that is just hanging around in my garage, i will be rebuilding it to stock for with a little bt hotter cam and lifters and im probably gonna use 351 heads that im porting. I will be selling it once im finished so if anyone wants it lemme know. this is a heads up. if you can wait a couple months ill probably be finished with it in july august at latest. so If any of you guys looking to do a 5.0 swap or whatever lemme know. if you want it and you want to build it just let me know and we can work something out.

Semper Fi,
rebel

can you give any more specifics? like what kind of hp are you hoping to put out? i am fairly interested but more specifics would help.
would it be possibe to just buy the block and heads?

well i wasnt really shooting for any numbers on HP. If i had to guess probably 280-300hp ~245-260rwhp.... yeah, i've got to go pick up the heads, but the shortblock is dissassembled.

ill list more detial when i get back from lunch.

If you go 0.030" overbore, don't you have to buy new pistons?

I am sure he means stock style pistons.... so cast flat top pistonsinstead of any fancy forged pistons.
