OK, I got it now. It's flashing between the metal shields and the fender. I guess 43 years of paint and undercoating and whatever just kind of made it all look like one piece. I'll order them tonight. The new splash guards came from John's Mustang so I check there first. The wife is getting used to seeing packages on the front porch when we get home. Today it was new bolts for the front bumper and upper stone guard reinstall. Got a little time so I can wait for the rubber parts. This weekend is primer and paint on the front rail, bumper mounts and surrounding areas. Thanks.
