Default grease fitting kit, how hard to install ?

Hi all, the squeeking is robbing my nerves. I spent 2 hours greasing last year to get rid of it, now it's coming back again.
I saw there are kits with a 90degree angle grease fitting for the upper control arms.
1. do they work ?
2. how hard is it to install them ? do I have to take the springs and shocks out or can that be done on the fly ?

Thanks for any reply

Kalli

They are so close that I think you need to pull the upper control arm out a bit to get the fitting started. On my '67 you might be able to get one side it, but the other is way to tight.
