I did a t-5 conversion, and it was a great decision. I used a conversion kit to make it simple (you can fab up a custom crossmember if your brave enough) and converted my old clutch linkage to cable linkage...really cut down on pedal effort and is simple to install, I'd recommend it. Good luck and remember....get yourself a good alignment tool....a crappy one cost me a LOT of time!!!

as you may know, im in the process of getting my T5 in my car. for the T5 itself, its been a breeze to work with. look at the differnt gear ratio options. i went with a 2.95. this changes your gear ratios relative to one another...lets you run higher gears with the feel of lower ones. ill look for the calculations i used. theres lotsa good web sites for info too. the guys at hanlon motorsports over here definatly know their stuff.
