Default New Spark Plug Wires

I have a freshly rebuilt 289 bored .040 over and I still have the stock spark plug wires. I was thinking about replacing them but I'm not sure what kind I should get. Any advice?

Just go to Autozone and get a set of plug wires for a 289. You don't seem to have any upgrades requiring anything else.

just some plain old stock wires will do just fine. or you can be fancy and go with MSD.

MSD Cut To Fit FTW!!!

Get these because if you take your time, these wires will fit like no other wires can..... they work well, it takes a little longer to burn a wire if it gets on a header, and they last and last....

Haha
How much will those run me? Also is there anything that is particularly difficult to do when installing them?

About $90 at Autozone, the only thing special you have to do is to think a lot before making your cuts! Integrate your looms as you go, and don't make the final cut until the wire is all but laid out 100%...

It is all pretty easy, they even provide you with a crimper of sorts....

I'm not sure I'd pay $90 for that. Moroso has cut-to-fit wires on Summit for something like $45.
