Default RE: Oil problem

A quart every 200 miles is quite a bit. It may get better with time as the cylinders will hopefully break in a little more.

You can try pulling the plugs to see if one or more cylinders might be responsible for the oil loss. Any plugs coated with oil will indicate that this cylinder is at fault.

Also, if you changed valve covers or are otherwise running PCV without a baffle in the valve cover, this can cause excessive oil consumption.
