A 347 stroker kit will be a 3.4" stroke crankshaft. 5.4 rod and 3.4 stroke will give you a 347 with a lightweight piston.

http://www.flatlanderracing.com/ They have good prices, you can get stroker kits with forged rods/crank/pistons for under $1,500

okay so 5.4 rod, 3.4 stroke and forged pistons

I am looking at valve springs right now kinda lost in confusion, which ones do i need..... I am thinking the ford x303 cam because of the price but it has about .544 lift so the springs need to handle that.

Call Ford and ask, or look in their catalog. They should have the part number of the reccomended springs.
