Isn't it actually easier to get big horsepower cheap with a big blog? Fuel consumption is not an issue as this will not be a daily driver. I know a car as heavy as my Mustang isn't going to beat a Honda in light to light racing but I certianly want it to sound as mean as possible and make that Honda think twice.
ohh and BTW - if your mustang isn't beating a honda light to light with 400 BHP you are experiencing driver error.

Well, since the Mustang isn't on the road yet, I can't speculate if it will beat a Honda light to light. However, I don't want to say I can do it till I actually do. Thanks for all the gret info everyone as well.

I voted for the 351C, but the 302 is a tough engine, and can be heated up for a street screamer.

no not off topic , and as a rule if the cammer wer ever to come up in in aney thread at aney time , not just mustang fourms eaven in the martha stewart fourm the cammer makes it self relavant . so thanks for the pic I did copy it
