Default NO BRAKES!

I had a thread yesterday about this subject... Soft brake pedal..So I bled the master cylinder, and bled the lines at the wheels 4-5 times at each. But there is still no change at the pedal.

I know people are going to say vacuum leak but the brakes worked fine before; the only thing that changed in the sys. is I got a more compact booster to fit with my clutch cable.

I could really use some help I am at a loss on what to do

Are you sure it's the correct booster? And you may need to bleed the crap out of the master cylinder.

I wonder how just changing the booster can have affect on air in the brake system. doesn't make any sense to me.
maybe any other ideas, I'm lost here as well
