Default My car is almost finished

Got to hear my car for the second time. They broke in the engine and the 351w sounds pretty nice. Better than expected. Sounds kind of like my dad's 66 5.0 roller cam motor accept a little louder. Bad thing is that the the motor needs a radiator blade that is reverse rotation so the engine won't heat up while idling. Seems like this is the last peice I need to have my cae finished, and I will soon get to go race some camaro's if all goes well.

Flex-a-lite makes reverse rotation cooling fans. Did you use a roller cam or a flat tappet? If you used flat tappet then make sure you run an oil that's still high in zinc/phosphorus. And if it's a roller.....I'd still run an oil high in ZDDP.

I bought the com cams break in oil before the break in, so hopefully nothing breaks down anytime soon.
