Hello,
Is it possible to use frame parts from a 73 Mustang sportsroof on a 73 Mustang convertible restoration project? The rails on my car are suffering from advanced rust and rot.Is the only difference between a sportsroof and a convertible the extra metal support structure by the firewall and mid section of the car?

The convertible frame rails are little different but this place sales them.
