Default cam swap gasket set

quick question,

i just opened up my felpro cam swap gasket set and noticed a few things that make me wonder.

why are there oil pump gaskets included. is that a just in case thing or does the oil pump have to come out as well.
i mean i have the timing cover and timing gears already off. the only thing i need left to do is unbolt the thrust plate and remove the cam but when i saw those oil pump gaskets i stopped and started re reading the service manual and i cant find anything that says remove the oil pump.

No, you don't need to do that. Keep on going
