RE: Problems starting the engine
You have all the tools and expert advise at your disposal at your friendly AAFES garage./self help. You can work on your car at your leisue at a minimal cost per hour. I change the oil in my 4X4 for a buck fifty to use the facilities.

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
Thank you for all your help and inputs. I'll go home today and try do this again.
About having that kind of car overseas, I know it's risky.
First it's security issue: everyone wants a car like yours. But, since it's a simple mechanics and electricity, it's easily disable. I have a kill switch in it, and I know how to disable other parts in few seconds.
Second, the weather issue of salt and snow it's true. But fortunatelly, this pony is a weekender and during winter it will be stored. For wveryday driver I use good 'ol German BMW.
And the maintenance facilities...the AAFES are here, but expensive. $6 bucks for a lift for one hour! Yea, after half of day you are paying up. Don't even mention balancing and changing tires. Total for four tires:$58. And that's auto hobby shop, where YOU do all the work, the staff just works the machines.
But it's all good, it's all worth it. Once it gets fixed up, it will definitively turn some heads on the Autobahn.
Thanks again!
