the most retarded part about this forum (and probably other ones to) is that when someone asks a tech quesiton in OT, they get bashed cause they didnt "search" online. but thats why we have forums. so we can ask questions and have them answered by a live person and not by a set page of information. the whole point to a forum is to ask specific questions so we dont have to go searching.

i think the best part about this forum is that the new guys can ask really dumb questions and have them answered, be welcomed to the forum, and have someone politely explain the FAQ sticky and the search function.

I have been to another forum that pertains to my DD and the first post I made, not only were my questions not answered, but I was just bashed and cussed out. It was outrageous, and not only that, they just told me I was an idiot for not searching (which I did and didnt find answers) and gave me a link the their "FAQ" type thing which was like 50 pages of really hardcore mods...

im glad we have such a good community here.
Sorry guys...I wasn't going to chime in anymore, but you are right....I have an '06 Gt and the '69 and I even notice a difference between the two forums on this one site....the classics site is much more laid back and it seems to me that you are much more likely to get a positive response here on the classics section that in the S197 section.
I used to own a 72 nova and a 71 mach. I bought the mustang when I was 16 and the nova when I was 18. I kept both cars up untill I bought my 96 3 years ago. I'm now 30 and I honestly feel more like a kid with this car than I ever did with the others. Now it seems I get into friveless arguements about speed, and superchargers and MPG. When I had my Classics, I never worried about things like speed and stuff. I just concenterated on my rides and had fun. With the newer cars, everyone has them so there's so much more compitition to stand out. Unfortunately it creates babies sometimes.

How many times can you answer "whats the biggest wheel i can fit"

Sometimes they get repetative when a seach would give them the answers they are looking for.
