Too much brake booster?
Is it possible to have too much boost from your brake booster immy 68'.The reason i ask is because WhenI apply the brakes They are extremely "mushy". I can't even feel the brakes contact the rotors in the pedal. The brakesdo apply when driving down the road however, which will stopin a hurry but the pedal wont close the contacts on my brake switch due to no resistance in the pedal from applying the brakes. If anyone has any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.
I have front disk /rear drum

Something is wrong.
My first thoughts are that you have air trapped in the brake system. Your pedal should not feel "mushy". It should be "hard as a rock".
Removing ALL of the air from the brake system is not always an easy task. This last car that I built took over a gallon of brake fluid, vacuum bleeders, reverse bleeding, etc., etc. and I've got a good feeling that there's still a little bit of air still trapped somewhere in the system.

I suppose it could be air. Im not so sure though since when the car is off and you pump it several times your pedal is "hard as a rock". Ive dealt with air issues before and this is doesnt seem quite the same.

I'm more sure now than I was before... you have air in your brake system.
