Default removing leaf springs

good morning,
I have been fighting the leaf springs for a few days now and have even invented a few new cuss words while doing so. [:@]Does the bushing in the back come out of the sleeve or are they supposed to come out together? I don't want to do any damage if that sleeve is supposed to stayput. I can't tell if the sleeve is rusted in the frame or welded in. Thanks!

Kj did mine yesterday the metal cylinder or sleave is fixed to the frame rail and the rubber bushing come out it is to parts all you need is a bit of force try grasping the rubber and bending it up and down it will lossen and then you can pull it out and simple push the other bushing out.

My first one came out in around 30 minutes, my other side took around 6 hours and eventually tooka grinder and 30 minutes to get it out.

Thanks guys! The car doesn't have hardly any rust on it. My biggest problem with this project is the protective undercoating the previous owner doused the bottom of the car with! I'm glad he did. the usual suspects for rusting our are immaculate. Thanks again for your help. I was about to cut that **** out yesterday.
