Default No Rack and Pinion??

Well, as I am new to the forum, I have been reading up on posts. I wanted to upgrade my 65 to rack and pinion. After reading through the old posts, it looks like it may not be worth the trouble as it is not "bolt in" as advertized. At least not an "easy" bolt in. My steering box is getting a bit loose, manual steering. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and get a new box, forget the rack and pinion. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Dan

Just replace your stock box unless you plan to road race it.
