Looking good juansp67!
For that extra custom look take every nut and bolt you find and spray paint them a different color, hit them with a rust resistant high gloss then some clear, not so much that you have to go up a socket size just to put them back on. haha. When reinstalling the bolts/nuts just use a piece of papertowel inside your socket to keep from chipping or damaging the paint.Paint them an off grey or something, Sure it takes longer but it's details like that will get you noticed/remembered.

Try not to take all the bolts out at once, lol

Yeah, I figured you are already going to be scrapping on the bolts to get them clean anyway.
You could have them powdercoated but that would require you have almost all the bolts off at once, [sm=nono.gif] bad idea. And I don't think the guy at the shop would like you coming to his shop and having a handful of bolts done each time, He may get a little mad.
There is a "powdercoat kit" you can buy and use at home,but even that would take a lot of time. the pay-off would be killer though, having every nut and bolt powder coated. SWEET!

Powdercoat bolts?? Paint Bolts?? Just get Stainless. Nothing looks better and they will never rust.

I agree Stainless would look great and a good idea, cost effective probably not.
Paint = cheap
Powder coat = not as cheap
Stainless = expensive
