window trim
the trim around the drivers side door window popped off the top. the rubber/seal is old, hard, and was breaking off so i took itout. most of the trim is stillin place with the window except for the top of the window.how can i fix this?i can find the rubber/seal anywhere.
Well....
Can you be a little more specific about which trim you're talking about?

The only trim around the drivers side door window is made of stainless steel. Rarely will this "pop off" as the glass is firmly pressed into the stainless steel channel and sandwiched with a thin rubber seal called "glass sealing strips".
Is this the rubber seal you're referring to?
I can help you, I just need to know exactly which pieces you're talking about.

If your taking about the metal piece on top of the window, usually any glass shop will stock what you need. That will probably be the quickest way of findng what you need. I believe it is more of a sticking tape like seal.
