I have no problem with reproductions, or evern with rims that were never meant for the mustang. Red walls, white walls, neither can help the fact that I live in an area with the worlds worst streets and that I've lost two hubcaps already. I just spent $1000 on brakes becuase the last person to do them screwed up, and it sounds like you have to get disc brakes when you do a five lug conversion? Anyways the white walls look good one some cars Dan66, especialy on the lighter blue fastback that has the white stripes, but mine is a crazy burgandy/redish color... and white walls still dont keep hubcaps looking good. not to mention I would eventually like to make the car black... which I don't know what anyone says, pretty much requires chrome rims in my mind. And stop talking like my six cylindar is inferior, someday I'll upgrade, but not until I can afford the gas for it. Are mustags the only car out there with 4 lugs? Someone has to make more than two types of 4 lug rims....

Nope. The large majority of V8 Mustangs (i.e. 5 lug cars) had drums at all 4 corners, and those parts are yours to be had. But if you're already upgrading to bigger brakes, why make them drums?

Your 6 cylinder is in no way inferior. Except maybe in the areas of power, torque, exhaust note, and overall dollar value.

But to turn to five lugs my recent brake job would be pointless? The brakes could still be drums but they would be different drums?
