Why do you have air in your brakes all of a sudden?
You don't start the car one day and all of a sudden have air in the brake system. Once air is bled from the system it doesn't mysteriously appear out of nowhere.
While I agree that bleeding the brakes of any air is a cheap and easy solution, you have another underlying problem somewhere.
