My 68 power steering dipstick is dry even though I can turn I think this should not be dry
Reading the manual I have 2 issues
1) It never tells me HOW to fill it just not to over fill and remove bubbles so do I just get a small funnel and pour in the dip stick spot?
2) I have read to use atf instead of power steering fluid ...is that because of detergent in the power steering fluid?

1) check when hot in park engine running.

2) not sure but I always used atf.
