Do i need the solnoid?

ok... SO BEFORE anyone says YES

READ

1. NEW aftermarket wiring harness
2. MSD Coil
3. MSD box
4. Aftermarket Dissy


The wiring kit has a wire going from the harness to the stater. The brand is EZ wiring.

What solenoid are you talking about?

If you are talking about the starter solenoid, then you will still need one unless you have an aftermarket starter that has an integral one.

You will either need an early style starter with a fender mounted solonoid od a late style starter with the solonoid built in to the starter itself.

Did your wire supplier give you a new wiring diagram or are you suppossed to use the factory one?
That's step 1 then, you can wire the rest of your stuff up.
