Well the 302 he has is out of a Maverick. I know this may be wrong, but sources say it only had 140 HP. Also my 200 stock would hit 120 and it has been bored .040. What would that make my 200?

 

Obviously you are not counting the power gains from the K&N filter and yellow plug wires.

 

About a 204 with 123 hp, maybe125 max? (not enough more of either to brag about)

 

I don't have a K&N and I don't have yellow plug wires. I have black wires and an STP filter. I do have Pertronix Ignitor.

Well I am trying to get my dad to let me buy another 200block or maybe if I get lucky a 289 block. I am going to sell my Rmodel valance, spoiler, and maybe even my mini fridge so I can get some money to build it.

 

I just got the approval to buy a 289. I just have to find 1.

I can pick up 302s and 289s locally for 50-60 a pop.... craigslist is ur friend.

 

I am trying to figure out my best option. So what could I do to my 6 to increase HP?
