68 Mustang Seat belt

Is there anywhere on the net that will tell me how to install front lap belts in my mustang? I just bought a 68 mustang coupe and it dosent have any seatbelts and im not sure where to drill holes etc.

Do I drill and tap the hole or do I need to get onto the other side of the bolt? If so how would I get to the inside of the kick panel?

My 68 and even my 66 came with lap belts. Are you sure a P/O didn't just remove the belts. If so the mounting holes would be under the carpet.

I hope thats the case, also this is off topic but is it normal to not have an overflow tank for the coolant and if so how hard is it to install an overflow tank and where does the return line hook up?
