Default Help with steering wheel

Ok my dad has a grant steering wheel he isn't using. I just bought the instalation kit for it. How do I get the chrome piece off of my steering wheel? I have a 67. I already have the big horn thing off.

Help please! I hooked up the wheel and the wiring is messing up. The passenger turn signal stays on and the left only works when I turn on the left signal. They don't blink. I couldn't figure out how to put the hub on correctly so I just put it on. I need some serious help with this.

Im not sure whats kicking your butt do you have a picture? It should be one bolt and then pull the wheel off.

I have the Grant steering wheel on it right now. I couldn't get the turn signal switch out so that I could hook it up to the hub. The instructions that came with the installation kit don't make much sense to me...
