Help on rebuilding a 289

I want to build this 289 to put in my 89 mustang with a t5. I just want to know what I should do to this motor ?

There are a lot of people here with great advice on engine builds, but you need to be more specific. What do you intend to do with this car? Do you want mild or wild? Or somewhwere in between?
